Refund Policy
This policy explains refund eligibility and procedures for VPNYJ subscriptions. Submit refund requests through a user panel ticket. Order checks, decisions, and payment-channel updates are communicated in the ticket.
Refund window and eligibility
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. The refund window starts when the account’s first payment is successfully processed. Eligibility is checked against the time the ticket request is submitted. You do not need to provide proof of connection issues or complete technical troubleshooting before requesting a refund.
Please specify which orders you want reviewed. If the account includes monthly subscriptions, data packages, or upgrade records, VPNYJ will check each payment and service change, then explain the applicable refund scope to avoid double counting. A payment that has already been refunded will not be refunded again. Later payments do not restart the refund window, which begins with the first payment.
Eligible and ineligible cases
You may request a refund within the refund window if the service does not meet your needs after normal use, your device setup is unsuitable, or you no longer need the subscription. Using part of your data allowance is not, by itself, grounds for denying the full refund described above. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, and data packages never expire; these billing rules do not change the refund window.
Requests submitted after the refund window are not covered by this policy’s commitment to full refunds for any reason. Unsuccessful payments, canceled transactions, and transactions already refunded have no collected payment left to refund. Accounts with records of excess data use, unusual transactions, or suspected violations of the Terms of Service require an order and record review first; a flag alone does not cancel refund eligibility. The decision and its basis should be explained in the ticket.
How to request a refund
- Sign in to the account used for payment, open the user panel ticket system, state that you are requesting a refund, and list the orders to be reviewed.
- Provide the order number, payment date, amount paid, and payment method. If the order status does not match the payment record, you may attach proof of payment, with information unrelated to this transaction redacted.
- Add any verification details to the original ticket and confirm the refund scope and how the service will be handled afterward. Once the refund is complete, the service benefits associated with that order will end.
You do not need to provide your account password or complete payment account details. If you cannot sign in, use the account recovery option on the login page first. Do not use another person’s account to claim a payment. Submitting the same request more than once will not speed up payment-channel processing; keeping the original ticket makes it easier to follow up.
Refunds to the original payment method
Where refunds to the original payment method are available, funds are generally returned through the original channel, not to an unrelated third-party account. VPNYJ’s confirmation that a request is accepted, submission of the refund to the payment channel, and receipt of funds by the account holder are separate stages. An acceptance reply in the ticket does not mean the funds have arrived.
Arrival time depends on the payment channel and receiving institution; this policy does not promise a fixed number of days. After submitting a refund request, check the original transaction record. If the channel shows a refund but the funds have not appeared, attach a screenshot of the relevant status to the original ticket for further review. If the original payment account has an issue, explain the situation first so an available handling option can be confirmed.
Payment methods and transaction reviews
VPNYJ supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. For Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions, the original order’s refund route is preferred; check the payment platform’s records for the specific destination. USDT transfers work differently from platform order refunds and may not be returned automatically through the original route. The original transaction, network, and receiving address must be reviewed in a ticket before the refund arrangement is confirmed.
For USDT requests, provide transaction records for verification; never submit private keys or recovery phrases. Any differences involving network fees, exchange rates, or the amount received should be explained and confirmed before processing. No fixed conversion result is promised in advance. If a dispute for the same order has already been opened with the payment channel, notify support in the ticket to avoid duplicate handling. See the Terms of Service for other account and service rules, and the Privacy Policy for how request information is handled.
